There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to what we do. Fees vary quite a bit and involve several variables. Some projects are charged by the hour and some per a flat fee. Our content is usually charged per word and pricing is in line with the Southern African Freelancers Association (SAFREA) rates.

We like to keep our clients up-to-date. We send monthly reports outlining performance with work completed and planned. In addition, we will set up your Analytics account with appropriate dashboards so you can keep track of performance any time you want.
We will also be in regular contact to make sure you are always up-to-date.

Nobody can guarantee results in online marketing because there are too many variables, especially with SEO, mainly because Google’s algorithm is a secret. What we can say with conviction is we won’t stop pushing for better results, no matter what!

Good marketing strategies take time, patience and perseverance. Google Ads (search marketing) will immediately begin sending traffic to your site, and leads will follow soon after. However, it takes time and work to improve the consistency and quality of leads. With ongoing monitoring and optimisation, performance will steadily improve over the first 90-days, which is typical of a campaign learning phase. Effective SEO campaigns should start positively affecting your rankings from around the three-month mark.

Online marketing is a form of marketing and advertising that uses the Internet to deliver promotional marketing messages to customers. It can be broken down into specialised areas, namely web marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising. Web marketing also includes search engine marketing and search engine optimisation. TCF specialises in:
–>Search engine marketing (SEM)
–>Search engine optimisation (SEO)
–>Social media marketing (SMM)
–>Copywriting / Custom content creation -
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation. While there are some very detailed explanations, the simplest way to explain it is SEO makes your URL appear higher in the search engines. At TCF, we split SEO into on-page and off-page SEO. On-page SEO works on your site to help search engines understand what you do. Off-page SEO is focused on creating links back to your site to help confirm reputation and relevance to Google. Also, we only use white hat techniques, the good kind of SEO, and we follow Google Webmaster Guidelines and marketing best practices.

PPC stands for Pay-Per-Click and describes the paid advertising model available to businesses on search engines such as Google and Bing. Ads can appear above or below search results, on websites, as well as Gmail and YouTube, to name a few. The name comes from the fact you only pay for this type of advertising when it gets clicked. It is often used to refer to Google Ads, but can also describe Facebook Advertising or any other kind of online advertising where you pay per click.

You are correct! It’s just that Google has the highest search engine market share in the majority of countries in the world. South Africa is no different where Google’s search traffic market share is consistently around 94% (gs.statcounter.com). That’s why we spend most of our time working on optimising sites for Google. Fortunately, many of the tactics we use will have very similar effects in the other search engines.
-
It is not the only advertising platform, but it dominates our service offering because Google’s search engine is used by over 95% of South Africans. However, we also have experience using other PPC services, such as Facebook Advertising.
We’ll help you find the right advertising platform for what you’re trying to achieve.

We do social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram. We also create content and post it to your social media accounts, like Facebook. But, we do not reply to post comments because it is much more effective if internal teams are used to speak on behalf of a business. Internal teams will be more familiar with the business, services, products, tone and customers.

We don’t believe in tying you into lengthy contracts just for the sake of it. We do use contracts, and we love to have long-term projects ongoing, but we’re happy to work on short-term or even month-to-month contracts. We prefer to let our results speak for themselves because, in the end, our success is determined by yours. To sum up our approach, we earn your business every month.
-
We’re not there yet, but we’re working on it. The requirement for the Google Partner Badge is an average 90-day ad spend of US$10,000 across all our managed accounts. We get closer to that milestone with every client that joins our family. We are Google Ads certified though and we keep up with the latest Ads innovations.
-
Absolutely! It will be our pleasure to provide you with links to our latest projects on request.
